The Congolese central bank (BCC) is governed by Law n° 18/027 of 13 December 2018 on the organization and functioning of the central bank.
Financing
The Congolese central bank (BCC) has its own financing mechanism allowing it to issue short term debt instruments to regulated banks. This mechanism is governed by Instruction n° 20, modification n° 5 of 14 March 2014.
